He will save you  (Jer.39)

Jeremiah 39:18 (New International Version, ©2010)
18 I will save you; you will not fall by the sword but will escape with your life, because you trust in me, declares the LORD.’”

Lord,

As my son goes out into danger once again, I trust in You.  I gratefully hold Your hand and walk with you.  You are my Savior and his, knowing that and putting my words into action allows me to be comforted and reassured by You. 

May You bless the many Warriors trusting in You and keep them safe from the sword as they so graciously choose to serve in our Armed Forces and often in Harm's Way.  Comfort their loved ones back home and cause them to trust in You as well.
